Guys, it is quite an eye opener to see these pictures. I have a looooong way to go. These past couple of months have taught me a few things which I am grateful to have learned before my actual prep time. One, cardio is a must. Two, three days in the gym is not enough. Finally, you may think you are eating "clean", but you are not. There is always room for improvement. Thank you for hanging in there with me and hopefully you will still be checking in when I am posting my contest shots.
