Pop, pop, pop

My absence has been missed, I am sure, but no worries even though I may not be posting as much I am still stalking each and every one of you!  :)  So, what have I been doing?  Yea, been a TOTAL slacker since New Years.  (OK Blogger just deleted my post after this point, so I am going to try this one more time)  I have started seeing a chiropractor this week for my neck, my back, my shoulder, and my c#$%#, a funny for those of you who remember the song.  I have been 4 times this week and today I woke up in a much lighter mood.  My pain seems to have slightly decreased!  My sleeping is still not up to par, actually not anywhere near par as I wake up every hour on the hour and sometimes on the every half hour.  I truly think I will be SuperMom the moment I get a good nights sleep.  I have not worked out all this week and I feel like a complete BUM!  I have not worked my shoulders in over a month.  All BAD things MUST come to an END!  I purposely took the week off to allow my adjustments to "set" without me doing anything to mess them up.  Starting next week, that is all over.  For me, diet tends to go out the window when I am not able to train the way I want, so that too shall END.  My workouts are already designed for next week, diet will follow as it usually does, I have complete faith I will be feeling much better after 3 additional visits next week.  Yes, I know I will not be fixed yet, but I should be feeling a marked improvement in my pain levels.  (OBTW...my spine if shifted (curving) in the thoracic region and with one leg slightly longer than the other after 36 years there is quite a bit of deterioration in my lower disk cushion (the reason I have not squatted in over a year) and one side of my pelvis is higher than the other side----forgive the lack of medical terminology, "who's got time for that?".)
He has his work cut out for him, but nothing he doesn't seem sure that he can "fix".

Of course I will keep you posted....
