Hey guys, life has been busy. My girls are home for the holidays and they keep me very busy. Lots of shopping, cooking, movies, etc... Just to get you caught up, I have been in the gym for cardio or weights each day except Christmas last week and plan to do a few 2 a days this week. My diet has not been a contest diet, but I have held strong with almost no sweets. The plan is to post my "before" shot on the 1st along with my before measurements and such. I am looking forward to this more and more each day.
