My Latest Bootay Workout

Squat Press 3 X 12 ss w
Curtsy Lunge 3 X 10
Pile Squat 3 X 15
Giant Set of:
BB Hip Thruster 3 X 15 each followed by 10 half reps for burnout
Hip Adb 3 X 15
Hip Abb 3 X 15
Then:
BB Hip Thruster 2 X 15 each followed by 10 half reps
Single Leg Lying Leg Curls 3 X 10 ea

  2. No I am not a runner......I can run, but have never grown to LOVE it like a real runner. I lift weights mostly and do work cardio in when I can.
