Harley gives me one day a week to do whatever I would like. It normally turns into a plyo routine of some sort. For today I didn't want to do the jumps I would normally in order to give my poor lil shins a rest.
This is how it played out:
4 rounds doing each exercise for 30 seconds
high knees
pile squats
skaters
BB stiff leg DL
Lunge to the front lunge to the back (each leg 30 sec)
3 X 12
Hip Adb
Hip Add
Donkey kick machine
10 minutes step mill mostly taking every other step
