They are easy to make though. Rip up the kale and remove any big stems from the center. I put mine on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and spray with an olive oil spray. Then I just season it with whatever I want (dill is my favorite right now) and cook at 350 for about 10-15 minutes. You do have to watch them pretty close to make sure they don't burn.
